Frequently asked Questions

How much do you charge for travelling? We do not charge any travel cost within a 20 mile radius from the post code RH11. Beyond this point our travel cost will be from £50.00 depending on the location.

What happens on the day of the wedding? We will arrive to the location no later then 30 mins ahead of the actual booking time, so that we can set up and recap on everything. Also discuss any last minute questions or concerns you may have. We then will start to re create the look that was done on your trial day.  For us it is important to focus on the Bride first, then we do the remaining parties after. This way before we leave we will also do any last minute touch up for the Bride.

The remaining balance can be paid via cash, or transferred into our account on the day.

How much deposit is required to pay?  A 50% deposit is required to pay at the time of booking a consultation/trial, pre shoot and bridal hair & makeup. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the event.

What happens if I want to cancel or change the date of my appointment? You have one free date of change for your consultation/trial. For the wedding day Hair and Makeup we will refund your money back if you cancel within 8 weeks. If you cancel after 8 weeks there will a full lost cost of deposit money. For services under £100 there will be a 24 hours cancellation notice required to avoid any charges.

How much notice do you require to book a service?  We recommend that you book 10-12 weeks minimum for any wedding services and a 2 week notice is required for all eye enhancer services.

Bride- If I don't want a trial, can the price be cheaper?  No it cannot. If anything the price should increase if you don't have a trial because now we are both going to be anxiety-ridden on the day of your wedding. Not having a trial is ill-advised. You should at the very least meet with your artist ahead of time to discuss your expectations and show her a picture of what you like. To show up on the biggest beauty day of your life and expect perfection with no previous meeting is a recipe for disaster. We would also get to see how well the makeup works on your skin and can determine any sensitivity.

Do Bridesmaid have to book a trial? It is optional for a bridesmaid to book a trial. If you decide not to book a trial alternatively you can email, txt or call us to discuss your desired look and theme.

Would I need a skin test for eyelash extension?  Yes you will require a skin test for the glue that is used for any eyelash extension  and tinting services.

Can I still wear Mascara after I've had my lashes done? No you cannot wear mascara with any lash extensions! And yes they are completely waterproof (including swimming, waterparks etc), just don't rub them or pick them or put anything oily anywhere near them.

What should I do if I don't want to keep my eyelash extensions anymore? If you want to remove your eyelashes we recommend using baby oil, or Vaseline to gently break down the glue or alternative you can book yourself into having these removed professionally by your technician.

What is included in the price for special occasion? This price includes a basic up do i.e bun, or french roll, curls, makeup application, foundation, eyes, strip lashes, lips, blush. For a more intricate and detailing work price will vary.
